Therapy is a tool for each of us to reflect on past experiences and interactions, allowing us to make more informed decisions on how to proceed in our future. Once we are able to identify & understand our “parts”, we can begin to release the ones that are no longer serving us— therefore creating space for enlightenment, freedom & movement.

Your first appointment will be a 90-minute intake, allowing time to review your history, current concerns and exepctations. We will go over an individualized approach towards meeting your goals. Follow-up sessions are scheduled as 50-minute therapeutic hour.
